Red Bubble: Extraordinary Stickers

At WWDC a couple of people mentioned the beta of a really interesting program they’d come to depend on, called Quicksilver. It’s a little utility that runs in the background but that comes to the front with a keyboard command. You type the first few letters—just two or three—of the file or application you want to launch, and can either open it, or run a script or do a variety of other things. You can even write, or download, a number of modules to access your bookmarks, iTunes, your address book . . . there are a lot of possibilities. I’ve very quickly come to depend on Quicksilver. Do check it out.
