I have frequently found myself teaching classes about writing, both conventional business writing, and technical writing in terms of procedures and documentation, as well as writing for the Web not only in university classrooms but in corporate environments.
In 2004 the Getty Institute asked to teach several classes about writing in a corporate environment. At their request, I’ve posted the materials I used to teach a class on writing “Minutes in 90 Minutes.”
